BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University women’s hockey playerBrittni Mowat (G, Fr., Glenboro, Manitoba) was named to the All-WCHA Rookie Team as announced by the conference office at the WCHA Final Faceoff Thursday night in Bemidji, Minn.
Mowat posted a stellar campaign in her first season in between the pipes at Bemidji State as she broke multiple program records for freshman goaltenders including wins (10), games (33), minutes (1888:34), goals against average (2.45) and save percentage (.918). Mowat is the fourth BSU player to land a spot on the All-Rookie squad and first since former goaltender Zuzana Tomcikova in 2008-09.
