The Hawks are pleased to announce that one of last year's Hawks, Kelly-Rae Zdan has committed to attend and play hockey for Adrian College, in Adrian, Michigan for the 2017-2018 season. The Adrian College Bulldogs play women's hockey in the ACHA Division I conference. Kelly-Rae played her senior year of midget hockey for the Hawks, suiting up for all 66 contests in the 2016-2017 season, amassing 14 goals and 19 assists on the season.  Kelly-Rae has participated in 2 Esso Cups and 3 MFMHL finals.
