McCallum POW
The Hawks are pleased to announce that forward Mackenzie McCallum has been selected as the CCM-Selkirk Source for Sports Player of the Week ending January 21.
McCallum a Grade 11 student from Morden, is in her third year with the Hawks and is currently second in league scoring. This past weekend McCallum contributed to every goal the Hawks scored as she had 1 goal and 2 assists in the Hawks 3-2 win over Interlake on Saturday before picking up a goal and an assist before notching the shootout winner to lead the Hawks to another 3-2 win vs. Eastman. McCallum has also had success away from the Hawks as she was selected to play for Manitoba at Hockey Canada's U18 National Championship last November. Congrats Makenzie, the Hawks are very proud of you!
