Coach Victor has been involved with Hockey Manitoba programs this spring with Directors Cup and Rising Stars + working with some of the exceptional talent in the Pembina Valley.  As for coaching experience, Matt was involved with the U18 AAA male program serving as an Assistant and Head Coach respectively.  More recently, he was the Head Coach for the U15 AAA Female Hawks who had a great season, saw great progress and proud of what they accomplished.  Being a Certified High Performance 1 Coach,  Matt continues to challenge his teaching, communication methodologies and how to get the most from his players.  Matt believes in creating an environment where players come to learn, grow their game and leave the program in a better place.  Developing the player on the ice and the person off the ice drives the success of this program.

Proud of his Northern Roots, Matt has been in the Pembina Valley region for the last 17 years living in Morden with his wife Lisa and two children, Ella and Neely.
